POC POC is The Constant Now’s network and experimental platform that connects young visual artists of color with art professionals. The project aims to empower new talent by broadening their network and skills. The main goal is to learn from each other and to collaborate with partners, institutions and mentors to make the arts scene more inclusive and diverse.
