As an art house, we embrace artists, collectives, and curators in every way we know. We take joy in generously sharing whatever is needed, from resources and infrastructure to knowledge, experience, and connections. What we love more than anything is inviting artists for residencies and guiding them through the initial, nebulous stages of their artistic projects. Together, we shape a collaborative programme and seek meaningful collaborations with discerning curators and thinkers. At NW, we always focus on the interplay between artistic development and the everyday life in and around our space. The tension between big, abstract ideas and the small, real details, so to speak. We hold the belief that by paying attention to small, everyday dynamics we can broaden our perspective and strengthen our understanding of the world.
